Rooted in Canadian tradition and sweetened with pure maple, we bake comfort into every bite
What started as a love for weekend baking and maple season quickly grew into something more. Inspired by Canada’s forests, family kitchens, and slow mornings, we created a bakery where maple takes centre stage — not just as a flavour, but as a feeling. A feeling of warmth, comfort, and the simple joy of sharing something sweet with people you care about. What began as a small tradition slowly turned into a space where every recipe carries a touch of nostalgia and a lot of heart.
Maple is more than an ingredient — it’s a part of Canadian heritage. We use 100% pure maple syrup sourced from trusted local producers, bringing natural sweetness and depth to everything we bake. No artificial flavours, just the real thing. Its rich, golden character adds warmth to our recipes and connects every bite to the forests and traditions that inspire us.
Maple trees grow for decades before sharing their sweet gift. Every spring, the sap begins to flow — a liquid as golden as the morning sun and full of Canadian tradition.
We work with local producers who tap the trees sustainably, ensuring each drop of sap is pure, natural, and ready to become our signature syrup.
Turning sap into syrup is slow work: about 40 liters of sap make 1 liter of golden sweetness. This careful process brings out the rich, deep flavour that makes maple so special.
Inspired by these traditions, we bake maple into every pastry, tart, and loaf. Each batch is small, handcrafted, and full of the care and sweetness our customers love.
